Termine di efficacia

I. Il testamento fatto durante il viaggio per mare, nella forma stabilita dagli articoli 611 e seguenti, perde la sua efficacia tre mesi dopo lo sbarco del testatore in un luogo dove è possibile fare testamento nelle forme ordinarie.
